Hi, I'm Dana!

I work with busy women to address issues that are limiting their ability to enjoy life and participate in the activities that they love! Without taking even more time from their busy schedules.

Neck & Hand Pain While Breastfeeding

Did you know that many women are diagnosed with neck issues or carpal tunnel syndrome during breastfeeding?

What I have learned through my years of working with women (and breastfeeding two babies myself) is that MOST of the time this is a misdiagnosis.

Our nerves can become sensitized for a variety of reasons, presenting as pain, tingling, or numbness. One of the causes of nerve sensitization is prolonged positioning or a lack of movement variability. So mix it up, lady!

Symptoms of neck pain, or hand tingling and numbness that develop during breastfeeding can easily be corrected early on with modifying positions and these 3 simple exercises.
